• Inspection and pick-up: We'll determine your type of rug, its condition and cleaning type required. We can take your rug from there, or you can deliver it to our cleaning facility.
• Dry Soil Removal: A pre-washing first process to remove dust and loose soil.
• Color testing: Every rug is tested before bathing for potential color bleeding. Rugs colored with vegetable or berry dyes can be more prone to bleeding and will need additional product applied.
• Rug fringe cleaning: We will clean, groom, trim and hand comb your rug fringe.
• Shampooing: A wet wash with handheld cleaning devices. Repeat if necessary. Rotary shampooer agitates and emulsifies soil to the surface for extraction, front and back.
• Rinsing: After the rug is shampooed, it is rinsed thoroughly to remove all residual dirt, grime, and shampoo.
• Rug grooming: Your dry rug will be combed, brushed, and fluffed to a gorgeous look and softness.
• Drying: We will air-dry your rug completely, either hanging or flat. Fringe is realigned by hand.
