Please notify us by either email or phone that you are shipping your rugs. Make note of how many rugs you will be sending and how many packages we should expect.
Be sure to give us all of your personal or company information so we may contact you when needed. Full shipping addresses as well as daytime, night time and work phone numbers are of benefit.
Please make note of any stains or damaged areas before shipping.
When packaging your rug, be sure to roll it tightly and secure the roll with string so it will not loosen during shipping. Also be sure to wrap it in plastic or place it in a cardboard box when possible. Heavy plastic will help protect the rug during shipping and is strongly recommended. Your rug will be wrapped in a heavy plastic for the return trip to protect it from damage.

* Please complete the printable version of our WORK ORDER FORM and make 2 copies. Send one copy with the rug and keep one copy for your records. Be sure to fill in all of the applicable fields and sign the copy that you will be sending with the rug.
If your rug is wider than 5 feet, we recommend that you fold it in half and then roll the rug. Tie it with string to be sure that it does not come loose during shipping. If the rug comes loose in the package, it becomes more difficult to lift. If your rug is wider than 9 feet, it is best to fold it into thirds and then roll it. Again, tie it with string to secure the roll.
Most of the rugs when shipped from overseas are folded. This is done to save space in the cargo containers. Rolls will take up far too much space in the container. The folds, or wrinkles, will come out in a few days after the rug is laid flat. We do not recommend that you store them for a long period of time in this manner rugs are shipped all over the world in this manner. I have many clients that brought rugs from overseas that had them in suitcases and backpacks. You could send us your rug in a suitcase or duffle bag or hockey bag if you like and we can send it back to you the same way.
Your cleaned rugs will be returned to the address that you provide us upon completion. Rugs are normally shipped in about a week after their arrival. If you require them faster than that, we can offer a 2 or 3 day turnaround time for an additional charge.
Upon arrival, your rug will be thoroughly inspected and a firm price will be determined. Payment must be made before the rugs will be shipped back to you.
