Each rug is inspected as it arrives in our facility. We examine all areas of the rug including the fringe, main body of the rug and also the side edges. Any damage is photographed and recorded on your work order. In the event that there is damage we are able to protect it from further damage during cleaning. Any spots or stains will be recorded on your work order along with any pertinent information that you can tell us about your rug. For example how old is the rug, is it exposed to direct sunlight, do you have pets etc. After the inspection is complete and we have your permission to proceed, we move on to the next step, which is air dusting.
