PRICING AND OTHER INFORMATION
For a price on cleaning or repairs, please send us an email with the measurements of your rug. Please be sure to include the full width and the full length (including fringe). If you have any digital photos of the rug, that will help us also in determining the best cleaning method for your rug.
Repairs will require an up close look at the rug to determine the best method of repair. The weaver will also need to see the knot count and type of foundation yarns that are used in your rug. A good look at the rug is necessary because there are many factors that will affect how the repair is completed and also what your expectations should be when the repairs are complete. We can give an approximate cost for some repairs over the phone or by email. A dentist must look at your teeth and do a full exam before determining what must be done. Your rugs are the same.
Call us for more information or send us an email with a photo of your rug and the damaged area. A good clear photo of the front and back of the rug will be a big help. Our weaver can look at it and possibly give you a close idea as to cost. We will do everything we can to communicate with you regarding your rugs. We don’t like surprises and we are certain that you will not like any either.
